  • Do I need to book in advance?

    No lah! Just show up anytime between 7AM and 10PM, 7/7. For large groups or private events, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help organise your event.

  • What are your opening hours?

    We’re open daily from 7:00AM to 10:00PM. Soeasy!

  • Do you provide towels and swimwear?

    Yes, we do! Clean towels and swimwear are provided, or you’re welcome to bring your own. Sogood!

  • Do I need to bring anything?

    We provide: towels, lockers, swimwear if needed, changing rooms, hydration and plenty of chill. Just bring good vibes!

  • How long can I stay?

    Most guests spend 45 to 60 minutes in total, but you’re welcome to stay as long as you like. Sochill!

  • What is the minimum age?

    For safety and wellbeing, our facilities are open to guests aged 18 and above only, with the exception of family day where we allow 12yo and above accompanied by a parent. Sosafe!

  • What does a membership include?

    Memberships include unlimited daily access to all recovery zones — sauna, cold and hot bath and relaxation areas — plus access to member-only events and special discounts, e.g. 10% off UBX memberships. Soamazing!

  • Can I upgrade or pause my membership?

    Absolutely. Just send an email to membership@sochillbathclub.com  We offer flexible upgrade and pause options to fit your schedule.

  • How do I cancel my membership?

    Give us 10 days heads up before your next billing date and we’ll cancel your membership. Send an email to membership@sochillbathclub.com.

  • Can I share my membership?

    Memberships are for individual use only, but if you purchase a pass pack, you can share that with friends or family. Family members do get 10% off on their membership. 

  • Can I buy a membership as a gift or for a family member?

    Sure thing. Just get in touch with us and we’ll set it up.

  • Can I buy a pack?

    Of course! Casual single passes and multi-packs (5, 10, or 20) are available for flexible visits.

  • Can I transfer my (founding) membership?

    Unfortunately not — memberships are strictly for individual use and cannot be transferred to another person.

  • How are the baths cleaned?

    All our tubs and saunas run on continuous filtration systems combined with UV sterilization and bromine treatment to ensure optimal water hygiene at all times. The water quality is tested and maintained daily.

  • What’s the temperature of the baths and sauna?

    Ice baths: between 6°C and 12°C

    Hot magnesium bath: 38-40°C

    Sauna: typically 80°C to 90°C

  • Is it safe to share a bath?

    Yes, absolutely. Our tubs are spacious and designed for shared use, equipped with advanced filtration and sanitation systems that are regularly maintained and tested. Sharing the plunge can actually make the experience more enjoyable - a little shared challenge goes a long way.

  • How should I start my recovery session?

    We recommend alternating between hot and cold — three rounds of sauna or hot bath followed by an ice plunge for 1–3 minutes each time. Always listen to your body and take breaks as needed.

  • Do you provide guidance or support?

    Yes. Our team is trained to guide you safely through breathwork and contrast therapy, especially if it’s your first time.

  • Do you provide hydration?

    Yes. Water and electrolytes are always available and our café offers smoothies, coffee and light snacks to refuel post-session.
