Woman with red hair smiling, wearing a black tank top, outdoors.

I’ll admit, I was skeptical at first and didn’t think contrast therapy would make much of a difference. But after my very first session, I was completely hooked. As a busy mum of three and a serial entrepreneur, it’s become the only true downtime I get that’s just for me. Beyond how good it feels mentally, I’ve noticed real physical changes too — weight loss, a more toned appearance, and a stronger connection to my body. I now genuinely crave the experience, and as a bonus, my sleep has improved dramatically.

As a busy professional juggling high-pressure work and family life, I’ve learned that burning the candle at both ends doesn’t work. I need my energy to be renewed daily - not just to perform at work, but to be a hands-on, present father at home. Sochill is about helping people do exactly that, every single day.

Years of training, and pushing taught me how easy it is to lose touch with yourself in the noise. But the moment I stepped into the cold, something shifted. My thoughts got quieter. My breath slowed. The stress didn’t disappear, but it stopped owning me. That reset - that return to clarity - is what Sochill Bath Club is about.
